Hi, I'm Kathryn.
I've spent seven years helping businesses in the Central Highlands and beyond build digital systems that actually do something. Not just look good. Do something.
I started CH Digitals because I kept watching good businesses struggle with bad digital systems: websites that did not convert, tools that did not talk to each other, and marketing that ran on hope.
Today I work with businesses across Australia, building the systems that let them focus on the work they are actually good at — and increasingly building with AI because the window to move early is right now.

What is a Digital Operating System, and how is it different from a website?
A Digital Operating System is the connected layer underneath your business — website, CRM, customer follow-up, reporting, AI tools, and Playbooks — built so they run as one system instead of seven disconnected logins. The website is one component. The system is everything that makes the business actually run. You don't need another website — you need the connected system underneath it. That's the work we do.
How do small and regional businesses actually use AI?
AI tools set up properly, doing real admin work. It's about removing manual work — drafting, summarising, tagging, repetitive admin — so your team can spend more time on the work that actually requires them. Every workflow ships with hard rules, escalation paths, and audit logs. We don't deploy autonomous agents that act without a human review point. AI on top of broken systems amplifies the mess. Systems first, AI second. Always that order.
Do I need to replace the software I already use, like Xero, Shopify or Google Workspace?
Most of the time, no. We start with an audit of your current stack. If a tool is doing its job, we keep it and integrate it. If a tool is blocking the system, we replace it — but only after we've shown you why. We never rebuild for the sake of rebuilding. If your tools are common (GA4, Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, Xero, HubSpot) we move faster.
How much technical knowledge does my team need?

No. We do our best work with regional and growing Australian businesses that have outgrown random digital fixes. Based in Emerald, working across the Central Highlands and Australia-wide. The work is regional in voice and origin, not in geography. Discovery calls run on Google Meet from the home office in Emerald.
